Identification Required: 

 

Whether you require fingerprints or simply a computer based name check, you will need to produce 2 valid pieces of identification (ID), one of which must be government issued and include your name, date of birth, signature and photo.  The following are types of ID we can accept:

• Driver's License

• Birth Certificate

• Age of Majority Card

• Citizenship Card

• Permanent Residence Card

• Certificate of Indian Status

• Immigration documents

• Military ID card

• Nexus Card

• Other government issued ID
